Key Responsibilities:
- Baggage Handling: Load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo safely from aircraft to the airport and vice versa.
- Ground Support Equipment: Operate equipment including aircraft stair units, cargo dollies, and de-icing units as needed.
- Aircraft Servicing: Assist in the de-icing process, clearing runways, and ensuring timely deliveries of services.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all airport regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to operational requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring baggage is delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Weather and Conditions: Perform duties in various weather conditions, including indoors and outdoors, sometimes in noisy and confined spaces.
