TRUE WAY INSTALLATIONS INC. is seeking skilled Telecommunications Equipment Installers to join our growing team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with strong problem-solving skills and experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and localize equipment faults; adjust, replace, or repair communications equipment.
  • Evaluate the functionality of telecommunications apparatus and conduct performance tests.
  • Install, arrange, maintain, and remove telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
  • Conduct transmission malfunction tests and troubleshoot installed telephone systems.
  • Maintain and repair underground and aerial transmission systems.
  • Replace or repair defective cables, amplifiers, and power supplies.

Job Requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
