Job Summary:

As the Head Cashier, you will be responsible for supervising cashier activities, ensuring accurate transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in managing cash handling procedures, monitoring inventory, and training new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the cashier team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Manage cash registers, process transactions, and authorize payments, refunds, and discounts.
Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including fraud prevention and security measures.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor inventory levels at the checkout area and coordinate with stock teams for replenishment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent).
