Job Description:
The Facilities Operations Supervisor is responsible for:
- Coordinating inspections and repairs of building systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Implementing a preventative maintenance program to protect facility assets.
- Developing work obligations to meet facility demands, event schedules, cleanliness standards, health and safety criteria, and maintenance requirements.
- Ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Managing facility operations and project management efficiently.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Operations Management, Facilities Management, or Recreation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating multi-purpose recreational facilities.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing full-time staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and BAS systems.
- Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License Class G (considered an asset).
