- Salary: $17.20 to $20.00 per hour (negotiable) + commission on product sales & gratuities

Key Responsibilities:
As an Esthetician at Lorenzo Salon & Spa, you will:
Perform a variety of skin care treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion
Provide waxing, threading, and laser hair removal services
Conduct manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments
Apply makeup and tint eyebrows/lashes
Recommend skincare and beauty products based on client needs
Deliver therapeutic foot treatments
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations
Build and maintain a loyal clientele base
Assist with product sales, demonstrations, and cashiering duties
Schedule and confirm client appointments
Refer clients with specialized skin concerns to dermatologists when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled esthetician who:
Has 2-3 years of experience in esthetics or a related field
Holds a recognized esthetician certification (e.g., CIDESCO, Ontario College of Trades, or equivalent)
Is fluent in English and possesses strong communication skills
Is passionate about customer service and personal care
Can work independently and as part of a team
Has a keen eye for detail and precision
Is dependable, flexible, and willing to learn new skills
