Job Responsibilities:
As a Carpenter Lead Hand, you will play a critical role in supervising, training, and executing various construction-related tasks, including:
- Structural Carpentry: Building foundations, installing floor beams, subflooring, walls, and roof systems.
- Supervision: Overseeing and guiding a team of 3–4 workers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Apprenticeship Training: Providing mentorship and training to apprentices to develop their skills.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all work aligns with industry standards and building codes.
- Safety Compliance: Implementing and following Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
- Material Handling: Coordinating with suppliers and managing construction materials efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
