Job Description:

The Business Transformation Consultant will play a key role in evaluating, optimizing, and modernizing existing business processes and technology solutions. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in process improvement and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & Business Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth evaluations of current business processes, systems, and technology solutions to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Strategic Transformation Planning: Recommend alternative approaches to technology solutions and service delivery to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Business Process Redesign: Modify business processes using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standard to optimize workflow and productivity.
Technology Implementation & Monitoring: Develop and oversee the implementation of new digital solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports with recommendations on business improvements and present findings to senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, IT departments, and external consultants to align transformation projects with organizational goals.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that transformation initiatives align with industry regulations, corporate policies, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Professional Certifications & Experience:

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation or an equivalent certification is preferred.
Proven experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process mapping.
Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or BPMN is an asset.

Technical & Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business challenges and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for engaging with stakeholders and presenting findings.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
Experience in change management, digital transformation, and process re-engineering is an advantage.
