Job Description

  • Following recipes or special customer orders, the candidate is required to prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, sweet products, and batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, and icings and frostings.
  • Mixed dough and batters must be baked by the candidate.
  • Special orders must be prepared by the candidate.
  • The candidate is required to frost and decorate baked products and cakes.
  • The candidate is responsible for guaranteeing that the product quality adheres to the predetermined standards.
  • The kitchen and food service areas must be inspected by the candidate.
  • The candidate is required to operate the apparatus.
  • The candidate is required to maintain and organize the inventory.
