2. International Students’ Chancellor’s Scholarship:

The Chancellor’s Scholarship, which is valued at $26,000, is one of the university’s most coveted awards and is awarded to full-time undergraduate students from overseas. Students have the opportunity to extend their scholarship during the final three years of their undergraduate education. The applicant must simultaneously demonstrate leadership qualities and a commitment to both academics and extracurriculars, in addition to possessing a student visa. 3. Dean’s Merit Scholarship, Faculty of Arts

The Faculty of Arts grants these renewable bursaries, each valued at four thousand dollars. The scholarship will be renewed provided that the student maintains full-time enrollment in the Faculty of Arts and achieves a cumulative grade point average of 9.00 or higher after each term. An application is not required for this scholarship. The scholarship is awarded during the summer preceding the applicant’s academic pursuits.

4. The Dean’s Merit Scholarship for the Engineering Faculty

Deserving students with exceptional academic records are awarded 35 of these scholarships by the Faculty of Engineering. A scholarship of up to $5,000 may be granted. The candidate must be enrolled full-time in the undergraduate program of the Faculty of Engineering for the first time.

There is no requirement to submit an application for this scholarship; all eligible students, including those studying abroad, will receive automatic consideration.

5. Memorial Scholarship from the Faculty of Engineering

Seven female students—one from each engineering department—are granted this fellowship by the Faculty of Engineering. A current résumé that emphasizes their most recent accomplishments in academic and extracurricular activities, as well as a statement that elucidates their motivation for applying to an engineering school, is required of students who desire to apply.
