Lester B. Pearson Scholarship Requirement

Acceptability

To be eligible to apply for the Pearson International Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

  • a non-Canadian or an overseas student who requires study permission;
  • I am currently enrolled in my final year of secondary education or will have graduated by June 2023 at the latest.
  • enrolling at the University of Toronto in September 2024 (students who are presently enrolled in post-secondary education are ineligible to apply; students who enroll at another post-secondary institution in January 2024 are ineligible to apply).

To be considered for our program, high schools that have not yet been contacted or verified must submit an application, which can be accessed here. High schools that participated in the previous year’s program will receive their nomination access in early September.
