Select from the “My Applications” list on your home page to either create a new scholarship application or modify an existing one. Each applicant is restricted to submitting a single application per competition for the Harmonized Scholarship. Kindly refrain from submitting multiple applications.

Master’s applicants who have submitted applications for the Tri-Agency CGS-M competition may elect to utilize their CGS-M applications in the Harmonized Scholarship Process. To proceed, select “Master’s Level—CGS-M Opt-In” as the submission category and continue with the application. The Faculty of Graduate Studies will link your CGS-M application with your opt-in form, which includes the reference letters and transcripts that were submitted for the Tri-Agency CGSM competition. December 1st is the opt-in date, which corresponds with the CGS-M application deadline established by Tri-Agency. In order to qualify for additional incentives, it is necessary to submit a Harmonized Scholarship Application in its entirety, regardless of whether you elect to partake in the CGS-M application.
